Safe and Natural food for
sustainable future.

Our story

Three founders, one pond and a lot of questions.

Bogura is farming country. The land near the Karatoya is fertile, the markets are busy, and people here know their food. Most of us grew up around fields, ponds and cattle sheds, so farming was never a new idea. What bothered us was how much of the food people buy has no clear story behind it.

In 2020 we started SwapnoDanga Agro on a small piece of land with a fish pond and a poultry shed. The name means a dream land, and that is how it felt: a patch of earth where we could grow food the way we thought it should be grown.

Since then we have added dairy, rice, corn and grass on leased land, and we have learned most of what we know by doing it ourselves.

How we grew
  1. A pond and a shed

We began with a fish pond and a poultry shed on our own land.

  2. More land, more animals

We leased five acres for rice, corn and grass, and brought in dairy cows.

  3. Closing the loop

We started using one part of the farm to feed the next, so less goes to waste and less is bought in.

  4. What comes next

A feed mill and a hatchery of our own, so quality is in our hands from day one.

How it works

One farm, each part feeding the next

Nothing on our farm is a stand-alone business. Each part gives something to the next, and that is how we keep costs down without cutting corners.

Less waste,
lower cost

Crops

Rice, corn and grass on our leased land.

Cattle and dairy

Eat our grass and crop leftovers.

Poultry

Fed with our own crops wherever we can.

Fish pond

Poultry waste becomes feed for the pond.

Organic fertilizer

Poultry waste also goes back into the soil.

And then it starts again, with the next season's crops.

Where we are heading

What our vision and mission mean in practice

The vision, in four parts

Trusted

People should be able to ask where their food came from and get a straight answer.

Sustainable

Farming the land can keep doing for years, not only this season.

Integrated

Poultry, fish, dairy and crops working as one system instead of separate businesses.

Shared value

Good results for farmers, customers, the community and investors together.

The mission, in six promises
01Join up the farm

Poultry, livestock, fisheries, crops and feed production run side by side so each one supports the others, with modern methods where they really help.

02Make safe, good food

We grow and raise food in ways we are comfortable feeding our own families, and we watch quality at every step.

03Cut cost with ideas, not shortcuts

Making our own feed and reusing waste lowers what we spend, so good food can stay affordable.

04Share what we learn

We want to work with nearby farmers, pass on what we know and learn from them too.

05Create local work

As the farm grows, we want to hire and train people from the area.

06Grow beyond Bogura

Build a model strong enough to serve homes across Bangladesh, and one day other countries.

What we stand for

Four things we try to get right

01

Hands-on

We work on the farm ourselves, so decisions come from what we see, not from a desk.

On site dailyOwn decisions
02

Honest

We say plainly how our food is made and what it costs.

Clear sourcingFair price
03

Circular

If something can be reused on the farm, it is.

ReuseLow waste
04

Local

Bogura comes first: our land, our people and our customers.
